Blueberry Peach Spritzer

Nothing says summer like a bottle of bubbly – ami right? Whenever I want a quick and easy drink I usually go for my closest bottle of white wine and fresh fruit from the market. Blueberries have always found their way into my fridge, but lately I’ve been grabbing peaches as well.

The combination just screams BBQs and poolside refreshments. I’ve found that you can use the duo in anything from a white wine + some Perrier (which is what I did in this round) or with a bottle of sparkling white wine. Both give an extra little kick and that little dance bubbles give you. You can also add in a little mint to make this refreshing drink even more refreshing!

Blueberry Peach Spritzer

6 cups of white wine (dry pinot grigio or chardonnay)

2 cups of seltzer water

1 cup of fresh peaches (frozen can also work)

1 cup of blueberries

Extra: 1/4 cup of mint leaves

In a tall glass add 2 tablespoons of the sliced peaches, some blueberries, 3/4 cup of wine, and a splash of the seltzer. Garnish with a fresh peach slice and a mint sprig (if added). Enjoy!
