Fun with Funfetti

Although I am already missing the holiday season, my stretchy pants sure aren’t. Between home-cooked meals, glasses of wine, and lots of sugar cookies, it’s safe to say that Winter isn’t the easiest time to watch what you eat.

However, one of my favorite things to bring to holiday events is also (thankfully) not completely horrible for your diet. I was introduced to this Skinny Funfetti dip from my friend Madison and its changed my life ever since. Not only is this the most simple dessert to make it also tastes like you’re eating cake mix directly from the bowl. Taste testers have also commented on its comparison to that delicious frosting mix from Dunkaroos. How can you go wrong?

For the busy bees of the world, this is also able to be made ahead of time so you don’t have to spend all day locked in the kitchen. I’ve served it with anything from Teddy Grahams to graham cracker pieces to animal crackers – all which have lived up to their hype. From just three simple ingredients to a beautiful (and delicious) display, this dip won’t fail to satisfy your sweet expectations.

Ingredients
1 (18.9 oz) box Funfetti cake mix
2 cups fat-free plain yogurt
1 cup lite Cool Whip

Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, yogurt, and Cool Whip until all lumps are gone
2. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for about 4 hours
3. Serve with animal crackers, graham crackers, Nilla wafers, or anything else that’s in your imagination
2. Enjoy!
